Customizations in Employee Card of D365 Business Central

Hi All,

We need to do some customizations in Employee Card of Business Central, from Security point of view.

1. We have to hide few fields or a section for one user and it should be visible to another user.

2. Document in Employee card should be available for only Preview for one user and another user should have upload, download permissions.

Could anyone please suggest the ways to achieve this !!

    You can create a boolean field in User Setup table/page like "Limited Access".

    if that boolean field is true then you can hide fields those are not required.
