I am new to this system. I have had to take one of our POSs that wasn't working correctly and try to fix it. I have everything running smoothly again however during my fixing I had to reinstall Microsoft Dynamics. I have been able to get most of it up and running successfully except when we scan barcodes. They will scan the barcodes correctly but they will not read the price embedded in the barcode. I have set it up just like, from what I can tell, the other POS that we use which is the same as this one. I am not sure where to even start so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
