    1. How many number of companies in Old environment and how many you want from those to new environment

    2. you want to take only Steup+MasterDate or Setup+Master+Transactional data as well

it was taking time at exporting EVENTINBOXDATA etc, so i cleaned these tables and succeeded with exporting. now when i importing dat into another new instance, its not showing any vendors/customer's data in ax. any help?

DAT company usually have no data for entities such as customers and vendors. This company is pre-created for purpose of metadata only or for initialization of system. This company is not used for transactional/ operational purpose

If you want to transfer transactional data of a one company, you should go for that company only. DAT company is automatically created with new installation of AX.

Apologies, I think you are not talking about DAT company. you are talking about Data. possibly typing Mistake from you.

anyways, are you able to see data inside CustTable and VendTable from AOT?

Are you able to see data in SQL Server by writing a query select * from CustTable?

my mistake, Dat is .Dat file. and i imported to an instance(which has only Dat company only) . i did't find any difference in ax as well as in db. but is shown while importing like 999999 records in table (example). by doing this Company also will get import into new instance or i have to create everything?

    Thanks

Create a company with same 4 or 3 chars of DataArreaId in your new environment

and then import data in your new environment.
