2009 R2 RTC - Save View As not available on Custom List

I am working in 2009 R2, and have a Custom List Page associated with a Custom Table.  I have the page placed on the menu in Manufacturing --> Execution.  When a user opens the page, either from the menu or the search bar, Save View As is not available.  The page is definitely Type = List.  Has anyone experienced this, and better yet, solved it?

Try deleting data from Object Metadata, User MetaData and Page Data Personalization for that page and then try to compile the page.

Select all the Menusuites and compile and then try to open the RTC and check.

No change after deleting/recompiling.  I checked another Custom List Page we have, and it has the same issue - you cannot Save the View...  Starting to look like a "feature"....

    Yes.

I just did some testing on a customers system with 2009R2. It looks like the Save View As is only visible if the page is embedded in the Role Center. Is your page embedded or does it open as a new page?

Well, that explains it.  It's a simple list page, and definitely not embedded.  Thank you for your help in understanding this.
