Hi All,

Having an issue with my POS systems where users when accepting payment numbers are automatically popping up in the "Enter the amount" window. Seems simple that they can just erase the number and enter the amount.....but in a fast pace environment such as this.....they often miss it. What end up happening is when time to close shift they're not balanced and waste time trying to figure out what went wrong.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thought it may be a keyboard issue but with a new keyboard........same results.

Not sure if its a configuration or network issue but my POS machines seem to be having fits and I can't seem to put my finger on whats going on. I'm wondering if anyone else have ever experienced this.

Seems as if buttons in POS are being clicked on despite cashies not clicking them eg drawer open automaticall, close shift window opens, numbers randomly added to fields. I'm hope that someone out there can shed some light on this.
