Dynamics AX Client has stopped working

Hi All, 

    I have installed AX 2009 client, AOS in my local system. Database pointing to some server.

But when i try to open AX client i am getting the below dialog.

I have deleted the AUC files in the AppData folder. Is there any windows update problem??.

Please anybody help me. Thanks in advance :)

    First of all, check event logs.

    Make sure you AX AOS and client version is exactly the same. You can right click and check the properties of Ax32serv.exe and Ax32.exe on the Details tab for the build number.

    Also you may try to delete usage data in the database (SysLastValue table, for your userid only).
