Add Purchase Order weights from Totals to the ALL PURCHASE ORDERS screen

Hello - I've tried Personalizations, but order weight was not one of the column options.  The information is there under Purchase Order Totals.  Does anyone know of a way to add this to the primary screen for reporting purposes?  Thanks.

Good morning, afternoon, or evening depending on your location!

It looks like Purchase Order weights aren’t available as a default column in the All Purchase Orders screen, but there are a few ways to work around this:
    Possible Solutions
    1. Use a Custom View or Query
      • Navigate to Procurement and Sourcing > Purchase Orders > All Purchase Orders.
      • Create a custom query that pulls data from Purchase Order Totals and displays it in a new view.
    2. Modify the Form Using a Developer Approach
      • If you have access to D365 customization, a developer can modify the All Purchase Orders form to include the weight field from Purchase Order Totals.
    3. Use Power BI or Excel Reporting
      • Export the All Purchase Orders data and merge it with Purchase Order Totals in Power BI or Excel for reporting.
    4. Check for Variant Weight Settings
      • If you’re working with variant products, there may be a way to auto-populate purchase order lines based on variant weights.

    Hope this helps some!

Thanks - I will get with my IT team to see if they can get that process worked out.

To answer your question: It is not possible to add the weight field to all purchase orders, as the "Purchase Order Totals" form's values is calculated behind the scenes - Meaning no fields you can personalize.

You will have to ask a developer to create a customization for you.
I'd say it's not a big one, maybe even solvable by creating a display method - But that's a discussion you need to have with your developer.
