I need to know the Relation between packing slip and Shipment ID in Dynamics 365 for operations in table level.

There's a WHSLoadTableCustPackingSlipJour table, which contains the a link between Load and Packing slip. And I think it's right to say that a single shipment can only be on one Load. It might rely on you posting Packing slips from the warehouse module, and not via some other means (e.g. from the sales order).
