Print Option "Screen" is not available

Hello community,
In the UAT environment the "Screen" option is not displayed when a report needs to be printed. I cannot find a configuration that enables it:

At the legal entity level, the required option is enabled:

This is a bit odd indeed.

I cannot read the text in your screen shots, are you able to provide them in English?

I'm wondering if you have some kind of output management ISV installed, and it has been configured differently in UAT.

Hi,

If the "Screen" option is missing when printing reports in UAT, it might be due to user-specific settings or configurations at the report level. Ensure that the user has the proper roles and access rights.

Also, verify the Print Management settings for the module, which could restrict output options. Sometimes the user's cache data clear also solve such problems.
