
Hi,
Emails are recieved in Outlook but are not coming through to CRM. I am using Server Side Sync. The mailbox has been tested and approved in CRM. What could be causing that ?

What is your CRM build?
Do you see any errors in the Alerts of the mailbox?
Also do you have any plug-ins or workflows triggered when an email is created in CRM? If YES - if you disable them does that make any difference?
