An open customer journey with 5 emails also utilising the Schedule option

Hi, needed some help and advice

I am putting in place a 5 email campaign journey.  Which need to go in a 1 to 5 order over a 5 week period.

The below has been created, this illustrates that -

the segment selected will receive campaign 1. 

If they open it, then wait seven days and campaign 2 will be sent out. 

However, if they do not open campaign 1, then they will receive campaign 1 again 3 days later. 

If they still do not open it.  Wait another 4 days and send Campaign 2.  And so forth...

until campaign 5 is finally sent and then the journey ends. 

Does this seem best route for this journey or can a better suggestion be made?

The other question was, I have not used the schedule button before and I have only ticked Mon-Fri and Mornings ONLY options, does this mean that only working days are counted in the Wait x days?  (screenshot below)
