Hey All,
I have been trying to implement Outlook Integration with Dynamics 365 and i got to know the there are two ways :
1) Through the Settings button-> Advanced settings -> App for Dynamics 365 -> Outlook App for Dynamics 365.
2) Go to Microsoft App Store -> Search for "Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook" click on Get it Now button select Instance on which you want to enable the App.
My questions are :
1) what is the difference between the above approaches? Are they same.
2) when i try to install the app through 2 approach it shows two versions installing at the same time in which the lower version gets installed and the higher doesn't get installed? Why is that
if anyone came across this issue please help. Also, attaching the screenshot of two version one of them gets installed and other doesn't.
Hello Dhawal Joshi,
Do you have any issue opening Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook?
What is yout goal, is it install the last version of Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook?
My recommendation will be to open a service request and an engineer will help you with your issue with all the correct information.
