How to add collections notes to and invoice

Is there a way to add collection notes to and invoice that can be viewed later or possible have an action date added. I would like to keep track of what collection action was done to an invoice ....not just an account.

I feel like I should be able to view all open inovices and view actions that was taken to collect in a notes section.

Hello,

You can proceed with implementing the Collection Case.
Within this feature, you will record all relevant collection activities and define the next steps to be taken and the date.
Please note: In order to use the Collection Case functionality, you must first have the Aged Balances feature implemented.

On the collections, when you select the lines and use change status button, you are able to create tasks. By to use show linked on open activities, you will also be able to see the transactions that are linked.
