Seamless Collaboration

Hi,

By design, all users in the same tenant and environment share a single database, dataverse. Design the security structure by assigning each user the appropriate security role.

Then each user is only able to access or modify records within their own permissions, and integrating some users into a team allows them to share records.

In addition to this, Dynamic 365 can be integrated with several applications such as teams, outlook, SharePoint and some social software.
