Grid to Excel and Quick Query Export Disabled SL2015

This feature was available and working fine until a week ago.  Now the grid to excel button is greyed out and only allows print to screen.  I've done a clean re-install with 2015CU2 and am running Office 2016 64bit.  I've seen several threads mentioning disabling Excel add-ins but I don't have any enabled.  Any other settings I need to enable?

Thanks so much!

    Hi Reid

I have had clients have the same issue after upgrading to SL 2015 CU2.

Have you checked the users' rights w/in SL?

They may not have rights to that QQ screen.

I believe this screen is QQ0301D.

Hi Chuck - I checked that straight away.  There are no add-ins enabled or active.

    Hi Reid

Please see below from earlier SL Forum Post.

At times we've seen issues exporting a Quick Query or other grid in Dynamics SL to Excel.  If you're experiencing any issues with this try:

In Excel go to File > Options > Add-Ins.  Try disabling these (one at a time if you want to track down which one may be the culprit).

This suggestion comes compliments of Steve Wier over on the partner forums.  Thanks Steve!

    Thanks,
