Hello All,
What may cause this error?
When i put the dll file in the Dynamics GP Addin folder the following error message i received. GP stopped working and closed .

Version mis-match. IE you have 2010 service pack 1 and the add-in is for service pack 3. Get the matching version. Remove the third party program that installed this and then re-install using the correct version.
also make sure when you run the install that you have local administrator rights to the system and that you run GP as administrator to properly install.
Downgrade your .dll to match the framework GP was installed on. If you are building on a .Net 4 or 4.5 targeted framework, downgrade this to 3.5 for GP 2010.

Yes joshua is correct, the supported frame work for GP2010 is 3.5. You must downgrade your dll
