Is there any way to remove the Resolve Case dialog that opens when cases are resolved? It is redundant for our users because we are already using the business process flow bar to close out cases.

Good question on how the new customize-able case close dialog is configured. I was not able to find where that can be configured. Interested in if anyone has determine how this is done and can share that with us.
Hi,
In Latest Dynamics 365 April 2019 release , Where can we customize the dialogs? I couldn't find any case resolution dialog box under "Process"
This is a part of Admin user enhancements as a part of April 2019 release (as per 2019 release notes)
Case resolution extensibility : Customization of the case resolution dialog is an important feature as it enables organizations to tailor the dialog to meet their unique case resolution processes. As part of this feature, administrators can add, remove, or edit any of the fields on the case resolution dialog and customize it as per their requirements.
Hello,
You can't modify existing dialog but you can replace it with your own:

You can't apply changes to particular form - ribbon is common for all forms of entity but you can configure enable/visible rules for buttons to follow behavior you want like show button 1 on form 1 and not on form 2 e.t.c.

Use RibbonWorkbench to change the behaviour of the "Resolve Case" button.
Hide the default Resolve Action.
If you want you can invoke your own javascript method under a Command.
Hope this make sense.

Thanks. Would it be possible to instead modify the Case Close dialog to remove/add fields? Would I have to create a new custom dialog and replace it with the standard one in Ribbon Workbench?
Also, could I use Ribbon Workbench to make changes only on a specific form? I want to publish changes to a "test form" from RW.
