hi,
recently i upgarded my GP from GP10.0 to GP2013.
i already having testing company and some testing purpose i restored my live company backup to test company. After restoring a GP Company the following error when trying to log into the restored company:
"The selected company is not configured as a company of the current Microsoft Dynamics GP system database. You must resolve the database configuration to log in to the company"
i went though the article https://community.dynamics.com/gp/f/32/t/154041 and run the querry which is mentioned in the above link also i run the below querry individually to test the companyid
select * from test..SY00100
select * from dynamics..SY01500 where INTERID='TEST
the companyid is same in two db but again the problem is not solving i am not able to login to the testing company. (find the attached companyid as figure shown below).
kindly advice.

Thanks Béat Bucher and saras. i applied this two method again an unknown error is coming. i created anotheter testing company and restored. now its working fine. thanks for support
@saras ...oh i will try that..
Hi,
Have you followed the directions from this article? You can't just backup and restore a company in GP as a new TEST company without running some scripts to adjust some system settings.. You'll run into conflicting reference issues.
Hi Refeesh,
The DBNAME column in the table TEST..SY00100 should be DYNAMICS and not the TEST DB name.
Try changing it and logging in.
Thanks.
Regards,
Saras
Hi Refeesh,
Did you capture the SQL Logins per KB 878449? If not this may be the issue.

Kirk
