We are experiencing some random tracking issues with the new CRM Outlook app.
Our set up is -
Some users have the CRM Outlook plug in - so for their synchronisation method in their mailboxes it is set up as Microsoft Outlook for incoming and outgoing - this is all fine for them
we have about 5 users including myself using/testing the Outlook CRM app, therefore our synchronisation method in CRM mailboxes is set to server-side sync
The system settings is set to Server-side because we have to have this for the users that are using the Outlook app.
The Configure folder-level tracking is switched on and email correlation is switched off
we are all finding that some emails are randomly tracking even though it was not done manually and this is no link to any other email that was tracked.
any ideas please?
