Check Format Testing

I am currently formatting check layouts via Microsoft Report Builder. This where my format currently stands.
 
 
When I run a report of test print the checks I am getting 1-3 pages of just bold /0's/
 
 
Cannot for the life of my figure why it is doing it. I had the format exactly how I wanted yesterday but then it started doing this. I started from scratch and it is still doing it.
