Good evening,
How are clients who still require to send out packs to Customers tracking this activity in D365 Marketing? D365 Marketing doesnt have an option to do a mail merge or direct mail, i wondered how others are recording this interaction if it is required by the customer in their Marketing approach?

Could you please explain "send out packs", "mail merge" and "direct mail", which are not concepts in Marketing app?
Maybe you could attach a few screenshots about it.
