Recall Concept on workflow

Dear All,

I want to have a better understanding about recall function on workflow.

can I recall when  :

  1. Not yet final approved
  2. being final approved
  3. already final approved?

or recall function can be done for each status ?

do anyone have a reference link / manual guide about detail state and available function on each status workflow ?

would be nice to get a better understanding about this.

    Hi Benjamin,

    Recall can only be done once the status of the WF message is not completed. After an approval step, there can be other steps. During each step, the recall can be executed. But only when the message has the status pending or stopped (error).

    sorry I want to ask again, about the recall/approval result.

    the PO has been canceled.

    But when my user check, the PO still active (althrought the status has changed to cancelled).

    Kindly help to advise how to cancel correctly the PO so they not active again.

    or I miss some step ?
