I have some workflows where the send emails as another user "CRMAdmin" with no issue, but sending similar emails via dialog is failing with the following error.
i read some blogs about enabling "Send Email as Another User", but still now working.
please help.

Hi,
it is not in your personal settings that you need to check "Send Email as Another User" but in the personal settings of the Sender
This is usually because of 1 of 2 reasons. Either:
1. There is a setting in every user's personal options to allow others to send on your behalf. Each user has to manually set this to allow others to send as them. You can also set this in bulk for users with the XRM Toolbox.
2. There is also a privilege in the security role to allow sending emails on people's behalf.
