Credit Memo Error

I tried posting a credit memo for a posted invoice and got the following error:

There is no Cust. Ledger Entry within the filter. Filters: Customer No.: 006020, Document Type: Invoice, Document No.: PS-INV103115, Open: Yes

Any ideas how to fix this?
