Error when assigning HR base license

Hi,

We are trying to assign a D365 Human Resources base license to a user who only has a Microsoft Business Premium license. We are receiving an error that the user needs more services, error below.

Can anyone advise what the issue is here?

Hi,

It is recommended that you need to purchase the appropriate required licensing indicated in Licensing Guide.

@judy the HR is a base license so the appropriate attach is not relevant.

Have you ever made some changes to the system?

If the issue persists, it is recommended that you can raise a ticket to Microsoft for further inverstigation.
