Employee maint. card dedections and benefits link grayed out

Does anyone know what security task are controlling the Deductions and Benefits links on the "go to"/payroll within the Employee maintenance card?

So to get there as SA i open the employee maintenance card under HR/Payroll then the "Go To" link in the top right corner then payroll then benefits or deductions. They are grayed out to users even though I have added Cards_0505 to the respective security role.

Any ideas?

These will be unavailable if you did not check Payroll View for Human Resources box in the User Setup window. Once you check this box foe the affected users those links will be available.
