Incoming emails - Processing integrety: continuous problems

Hi all,

on my local VMWare I try to setup outlook to send and reveice emails into CRM. It´s Dynamics 365 8.2

I added a User and Mailbox in hMail / local AD and added two accounts in Outlook.

By configuring a server profile I used POP3 and Port 110 / 25 without SSL and credentials set in the user mailbox.

When enabling and testing the mailbox, the sent email comes into outlook --> Success.

But the email CRM should receive does not come in. --> Error

But there is no real error message I can go for; its just like

Processing integrety: continuous problems (translated from german); unkown error and a log with:

-ERR Invalid command in current state.

Do you have any clue why it´s not working?

Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi, there are no workflows running either on the entity or on other dependent entities. So this isn´t the reason for the issue.

    It´s also not an Firewall issue.

    In Outlook I can send and receive emails from mailbox A to B. But I cannot receive emails in CRM. Trace log says:

    Unhandled Exception: System.IO.IOException: Von der Übertragungsverbindung können keine Daten gelesen werden: Ein Verbindungsversuch ist fehlgeschlagen, da die Gegenstelle nach einer bestimmten Zeitspanne nicht richtig reagiert hat, oder die hergestellte Verbindung war fehlerhaft, da der verbundene Host nicht reagiert hat.

    It says that it couldnt get any connection due to the other side didnt react.

    Or the connection has a failure because of the host didnt react.

    Have u used any email to case configuration, or any plugin or workflow fired on the email entity.
