W2 Form Type Selection?

Hello, does anyone know where I would go to choose the W2 Form type in GP 10? Under the "Print W2's" screen, the Form Type of: 1 Wide Continuous is greyed out. We have several companies but are not all printing the same way. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have to make a selection in the "Print" area before you can choose the form type
