Hello,
How can I know which custom entity belongs to which solution, when I have many solutions and each contains many custom entities, so there some way to find it?

It's plublisher's prefix, which is used to identify customizaiton created in specific solution.
www.microsoft.com/.../edit-a-solution-publisher.aspx
Another option is to query solution components: simonetagliaro.wordpress.com/.../retrieve-all-the-entities-within-a-solution-crm-2011
