I am unable to install D365 BC On-Prem as my PC restarts during the installation process, also on restart the installation wizard disappears without any proper error notification. When setup is again run with Repair option following error log is generated. Can anyone help me in resolving the issue.

I have installed almost all versions of BC and have never encountered your problem.
You can try to install it on another PC. I suspect it is your OS problem.

    Thanks.

The issue you're facing with the Windows restart and missing error messages during the Business Central installation seems to be related to missing IIS prerequisites for the Web Server Components. The log file indicates that the package for IIS prerequisites failed, which might be the cause of the installation failure. Can you check if you have IIS installed?
