Job cards not printing properly on barcode printer

I have a strange situation where I can send job cards successfully to my laser printer, but when I try to send them to my barcode printer, only the last page prints. There are no errors. I can print multiple pages to the barcode printer using other programs.

Any ideas?

The printer I'm trying to print to is a Sato CL408e.

    Hi,

Can you please state what is the NAV version used, and how are you sending the job cards to the barcode printer?

Is this through an RDLC report? Or what is the program you are using to print?

    Thank you!

    I am using NAV 2013 R2.

It is the standard Prod. Order Job Card report (only slightly modified). The report is being launched from the Released Production Order Page within NAV.

I can print the report to my laser printer successfully, but the barcode printer only prints the last page.

    hi,

save the report as pdf and then print the pdf out to the barcode printer. it seems that the barcode printer does not get a correct printer file.

    best regards

    Hi

We have exactly the same error with SATO CL4NX printer, printing a simple label from Dynamics NAV2013 R2 works on a normal laserjet, however printing to SATO only last page is printed. If you print to PDF and print the PDF to the SATO it works.

Do you have found a solution for this ?

    hi,

for both of you (having problems with a label printer): it seems there is a problem with the printer driver working together with nav. please contact the support of your printer vendor or directly the printer company.

    best regards
