Use Word-Template Action for Employee

Hi,

is it possible to use the action "word-template" on the employee page - like inside the contacts?

Or other approach - how can employee data used to generate a document within the contacts page? When I choose the entity "contacts" the template is only available in contacts...

-> I want to use it inside BC.
