business central integration with shopify

Hello guys ,

i need help in Dynamics 365BC integration with Shopify, currently i am facing issue in product Sync , job status showing Error: "The Customer does not exist. Identification fields and values: No.='SHOP000001'"
can anyone guide me how i can resolve this issue
