Power Automate "Create Record" Action is not showing all Target Fields for a D365 Entity

Hello,

I work in the purchasing department for a retailer and have been developing and implementing a Supplier Relationship Managment (SRM) solution using Power Automate to capture vendor program information for new and existing vendors. The goal is to create and update our vendor records in D365 through an automated process.

I'm using the Power Automate action "Create record" from the Fin & Ops Apps list. After selecting an Instance and Entity Name, the action displays only 74 available fields on Power Automate. If I look at the same Entity in D365 > Workspaces > Data Management > Data Entities > Target Fields, 312 Target Fields are on the entity.

Why can't I see all of the Target Fields for an Entity in Power Automate? How can I make all of the Target Fields visible in Power Automate?

Thanks for your help!

    Hi Parag,

Thanks for your response! I had a meeting about this with our implementers yesterday afternoon (we're going live with D365 the beginning of April). The tech arch for our project said it's a custom entity, then he looked at the OData and saw that the fields were missing from the entity even though they were visible as Target Fields. He made a change in the Dev Box and the fields are visible today in Power Automate, which resolved the issue.

Thanks again for your time and response!

    Hi Steve,

Do you have this entity available in Dataverse? If no then did you try to use HTTP Post with your entity.
