We've just switched over to using Field Service (we were using the service calendar before) and shared with our users how to enable Synchronizing bookings with Outlook. We've done the following steps:
Turn on synchronization for your Customer Engagement organization (admin task)
- From the main menu, click Settings -> Administration.
- Click System Settings.
- Click the Synchronization tab.
- Under Select whether to enable syncing of resource booking with, check the Synchronize resource booking with Outlook.
Turn on synchronization for your user profile (user task)
- Click the Settings button in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Click Options.
- Click the Synchronization tab.
- Under Resource booking sync with Outlook, check the Synchronization resource booking with Outlook.
But it’s not working for some people. Are we missing anything? We have their mailboxes activated with server side sync.
