I recently deployed a demo environment for commerce in LCS and im not seeing the manage button to initialize my environment.
anyone encounter the same issue?

I would recommend you look at the following forum post:

From that thread:
"Is this a Tier1 / "Cloud Hosted Environment"? If so, the cloud Commerce Scale Unit & eCommerce components are not supported in those environments. They are only available in Tier 2+ environments with the appropriate licenses."

The cloud Commerce Scale Unit & eCommerce components are not supported in "Demo" (Tier-1) environments, which is why the "Manage" button that leads to the CSU page is not available. This functionality is only available in Tier 2+ environments with the appropriate licenses.
