Missing Dynamics button when creating or editing a contact in Outlook 2016 and Dynamics 365

no Dynamics button in create a contact? Not good!

Cant untrack or track  an existing contact?

Am I missing something? I tried to add the d365 button to the contact ribbon but no go ?

    Hi,

    Does this user have the Dynamics 365 app enabled?  Does he/she see the Dynamics 365 buttons elsewhere in Outlook?
