Can we display field values of CRM fields while in a survey or feedback in Customer Voice?

Hi All,

I have below requirement. Anyway I can achieve this?

I have a Custom Entity which has 2 fields as below:

1) Category (Option set)

2) Location (Option set)

I need to create a survey which will have the same fields as present in Custom Entity i.e. Category (Option set) and Location (Option set) and the values should be as it is in CRM. Meaning the fields in the Survey template should be mapped with fields in CRM's custom entity. Each time a survey is launched the values should be displayed what's present in CRM.

Is there a way to achieve this?

    Hi Mohammad,

    You can create those field as Variables in Customer Voice and then add those variables in email template then send an email through Power Automate.
