Could you kindly highlight to us the shortcut required?

We read the article but it seems there are no references to how select an entire column or how to select many cells of the same column in a Purchase Order.

    Could you provide an example?

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
    Thank you very much

Hi, unfortunately, as far as I know only multiple lines can be selected. Just like in Excel, use Shift and Ctrl to select.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.

    Hello YUN ZHU,

Thank you for you help. My aim is to select only specific fields in a column and/or a specific column because I need to chenge data in that column.

In the details, I need to receive quantities in a PO but just for certain items: so, I have to cancel manually all quantities (one by one) that the system suggested automatically. If I have many rows, you know, you spend a lot of time doing one by one ...

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
    Thank you

Hi, Unfortunately, the standard can't do that.
But it should be possible to customize. You can select multiple lines, click an action, open an input dialog, enter new value in it, and then apply them all to the lines.

Hope this can give you some hints.
    Thanks.

This can be very useful: is there any video which shows an example?

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
    Thank you very much,
    Eleonora
