Hi,

There is an urgent requirement

The requirement is that we have a flow which runs on "When a record is selected trigger"

The problem is if i select all the records in the view, it only selects all the records in that particular grid instead of the entire view

We need to have a ribbon button using which we should be able to select all the records and the flow should run for all the records in that entity.

I'm looking for someone who can help me in one of the requirements. I'm stuck with it. If you could please help me with it, it would really be appreciated

Hi Enh,

How about we create an instant flow, and manually run it in the flow portal?

First select the view in Advanced Find, and Download Fetch XML.

Edit the XML file and copy all XML.

In the flow portal, create an instant flow. Insert the List rows action. Then paste XML into Fetch Xml Query.

The other steps are the same as your origianl flow.

This way, we just go to Power Automate portal and run the instant flow, it will run based on all records in the view.
