Upgrade to GP2018R2 - every launch has dex error "Error registering trigger RSA_UserPasswordChanged. Error code: 4"

They can click OK and proceed to log into GP but they get this each time.  This is our first R2 upgrade of GP18 so not sure if it is specific to R2. 

Please help - they are not confident in their upgrade due to this message.

Any guidance is GREATLY appreciated!

    Althea,

    Trigger registration errors at launch means that you have an integrating product or customization with a trigger that relies on a core Dynamics GP Dexterity procedure that has one or more new parameters.  If the trigger processing procedure in your customization/ISV product has not been updated with that new parameter you will get this message.

    You will want to reach out to the vendor for the product this failing trigger belongs to in order to get an updated version, if one exists.  I believe RSA* procedures may belong to Rockton products, which it looks like they may have a GP 2018 R2 version of the Toolbox released on their site, if that is what you're using.

    I will check with ISV's.  They do not have customizations.  Only Mekorma MICR and Rockton Auditor.  I will see if either recognizes the error.

    I don't know if yo resolved it as this is a few months later but this sounds like something I had to resolve.  If you upgraded MICR the fields changed in the newer version and Auditor needs to be reconfigured to audit the changes.  Try this:
