User and queue with same email address

Hi there,
 
I’ve got a user and a queue set up sharing the same email address. Will this cause an issue creating queue items?
 
is it advised to remove the user with the email address?

    Hi Partner,
    When you add one record to one queue, one queue item will be created.
    When you add records to a queue, you see the queue name when you select it, so the email address doesn't affect the
