We have had a change in staff and the employee that had access to the Administrator is no longer with us and acts dumb when we have contacted him to retrieve the login in info...... We have tried contacting Windows Tech support, they want almost $200 to do anything and we do not have the manual...the employee mentioned above destroyed it.....Does anyone know how to help us?

Contact jean@allpointpos.com and I will show you how to do this. My only question is, What is POS 2007? Microsoft only has Retail Management System and POS 2009. As far as I know, there is no POS 2007, but there is a discontinued MS-POS. Do you know for sure what version you have?
