I search on the retail and I couldn't find it can someone give me the way to use it in the purchase order

Do you mean to say, you don't have the marked menu-item or do you want to know what setup is related to this? Note that the screenshot is too small to read. Can you share the exact menu item name?
Can you also tell if you logged in as system administrator or an user with what exact roles?

In order to select products from package first you need to define the product package to be ordered from a specific vendor. Then you'll be able to perform this action. For details you can refer below documentation provided by Microsoft.
