Hi Experts,

I am trying to send Free text invoice to an email address, this I have setup in print management, however system is not allowing to send the same.

Saying "Unable to send email as 'ramit.paul@.com' from the 'SVC-FAST-Test@s.com' account, please check the "Send as" permissions on the 'ramit.paul@.com' account.

Note- My SMTP setup is fine

Hi Ramit,

This would be probably missing the setting that needs to be done in Microsoft 365 to allow your email address to send emails via SMTP. See also: docs.microsoft.com/.../allow-members-to-send-as-or-send-on-behalf-of-group

Hi Ramit,

Are you using Exchange or SMTP to send email , and from which email you need to send ?

what is the mail address specified under User Options ?

I am using SMTP for email parameters, in my user - my email id is setup

in email parameter, the SMTP email id is setup

Hi Ramit,

This will need to need to be done by your system admin as Andre suggested. Your email account needs to have permissions to send mails on behalf of the email account setup in email parameters.
