Dear experts,
Is there a way to create Quality order or automatically create Quality order for Return sales order?
My requirement is: perform the Quality check before releasing the refund to customer for inventory return.

Hi,
That’s not possible via the quality association logic or quality check logic. Both doesn’t support the return order flow.
Alternative is to create a disposition code of RMA quality which will putaway the goods to the QC area. A quality order needs to be subsequently manually be created.

Is there any way to control: cannot post packing slip or SO credit invoice until the Quality order finished?
As my checking there is no control.

For the purchase order flow you have the possibility to control the above via the quality association form. However, I'm indeed afraid the same is not possible for the customer return order flow.
