Hi, can we assign holiday schedule to different teams, and apply different SLA based on the schedule

Hi,
Holiday scheduled is specifically introduce for SLA.You can see in the SLA creation form you need to choose business hours which is nothing but combination of holiday schedule and working hours.
So now when you are creating case based on user or team assigned to particular case can execute particular SLA.
That's how holiday scheduled is works on top of SLA and you can not directly associate with team or user directly particular holiday calendar.You can say the holiday calendar is organization level but you can create multiple holiday calendar and associated with different SLA.
