Returning Shared Tool

When engineers are closing are closing tickets on Dynamics 365, they are getting error messages of 'Returning Shared Tool'. How can this be resolved ?

    Hello. if I were to say CE would that be any help? This error would occur when engineer close ticket that has been assigned to them

    Hi Aaron Kumar,

    Which Dynamic 365 App are you using,

    or did you encounter an error closing your support ticket?

    I wasn't able to find a similar error message, so maybe it's a customization.

    looks like a custom message, check if your customizations (plugins, javascript) contains it and are attached to some events that can trigger this error.
