GP 2013 Direct Deposit No Void Messsage

After uprdaing to GP 2013, when client print direct deposit statements they no longer print the word VOID on them any more. Has anyone else experienced this? They have been printing DD statments for decades and now after the upgrade it prints nothing in the area where VOID was priniting.

    Hi Richard,

    My clients use the statement of earnings, so the whole 'void' issue is not a problem.  Here I go declaring my lack of knowledge again, what report (RW Report) are they printing? Also, is it possible that they used to be printing a modified report and somehow it was changed to the original (or an alternate) report?

    Leslie, Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug with GP 2013 SP2. We are talking about the Direct Deposit Statement of Earnings.

    Hmm, nobody has brought this to my attention, good to know the answer. Have they mentioned when they intend to fix it???

    I am telling my clients to call Microsoft support for this. Hopefully if enough companies call the fix will get excelerated.

    I contacted Microsoft about this on behalf of one of our clients,  The problem is fixed in the year-end update.
