Hi experts, when one user tried to retrieve the data from the general ledger via the NAVIGATE, it has an error per as below. Please advise! Thank you!

Error: CS0009: Metadata file C:windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework64\v4.0.30319\mscorlib.dll could not be opened. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

    Did you try Reinstalling or Repairing Dynamics NAV on that PC?

    Hi,

    This seems like something wrong with NAV installation or you can repair/reinstall .Net framework.
